These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fyntrade B2B solar procurement and finance platform (the “Platform”) operated by Fyntrade. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
The Platform is intended for business use only. You must register using a valid corporate email address and may not use personal email providers. You are responsible for ensuring that everyone who accesses your account is authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered email or mobile number, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Use of the Platform
Fyntrade provides tools for solar equipment procurement (FynSource), supply-chain financing (FynCred), and project operations management. You agree to use these services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Procurement & Orders
Listings, prices, and availability shown on the Platform are provided by suppliers and may change. A purchase order is binding only once confirmed in accordance with the applicable supplier terms. Fyntrade acts as a facilitator and is not the manufacturer or seller of equipment unless expressly stated.
4. Credit & Financing
Any credit limit, financing offer, or repayment term made available through FynCred is subject to eligibility checks, applicable lending partner terms, and separate financing agreements. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revised or withdrawn at our or our partners’ discretion.
5. Fees
Certain features may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed to you before you incur them. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of paid features.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, and content provided by Fyntrade, is owned by Fyntrade and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyntrade disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a manner that may cause harm to Fyntrade, its users, or third parties.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
